LELE Associates was founded in 1979 in Sangli with a simple promise: build with integrity, deliver on time, and never compromise on quality. Over four decades later, that promise still guides every project we take on.
What began as a small residential builder has grown into a full-service construction firm delivering homes, commercial complexes, bungalows and institutional buildings across Sangli and Kolhapur.
In 2024, we're expanding to Pune through our new venture Trikaya Landmark LLP — bringing the same standards to one of India's fastest-growing real estate markets.
